One Way Trip

Formula:

Fare = (Distance × Rate) + Base Fare

Example Calculation:

Route: Chennai to Madurai (460 KM)

Vehicle: Sedan @ ₹14/km

Calculation: (460 × 14) + 300

Total Fare: ₹6,740

✓ Minimum: 130 KM (minimum billing distance)

Round Trip

Formula:

Fare = (Distance × 2 × Rate) + Base Fare

Example Calculation:

Route: Trichy to Ooty (135 KM)

Vehicle: SUV @ ₹17/km (Round Trip Rate)

Calculation: (135 × 2 × 17) + 300

Total Fare: ₹4,590

✓ Minimum: 250 KM billed distance (2× way min) | ✓ Discount: ₹1/km less than one-way rates

Booking Modification

Modifications to booking date, time, or vehicle type can be made up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup. Changes within 6 hours may not be guaranteed. Please contact our support team for urgent modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 24+ hours before: Full refund, no charges

Cancellations 12-24 hours before: 50% of fare charged as cancellation fee

Cancellations within 12 hours: Full fare charged as cancellation fee

No-show bookings: Full fare charged

Waiting Charges

Free waiting time: 30 minutes included per trip

Additional waiting: ₹2 per minute beyond free time

Driver break: 1 hour complimentary break after 5 hours of driving

Vehicle Damage & Liability

Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the trip.

Minor wear and tear covered under vehicle insurance.

Damages beyond insurance will be billed to the passenger.

Our company is not liable for passenger valuables or personal belongings.
